These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Wheni.sh. By creating an account, using the product, or accessing any public or authenticated part of the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies incorporated into them.
Wheni.sh provides availability intelligence for scheduling, including calendar synchronization, schedule analysis, AI-generated recommendations, and related planning workflows.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wheni.sh in the United States and at least 16 years old in the European Union unless local law allows otherwise with appropriate consent. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Wheni.sh currently offers a free tier that includes up to 5 asks per month and a paid subscription tier priced at $8 per month unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will apply at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout or required by law.
Fees are charged through Stripe. You authorize us and our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes, and related charges.
Refund Policy: No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
By connecting a third-party calendar, you authorize Wheni.sh to access the calendar data and metadata needed to provide the service. You may revoke access at any time through your Google or Apple account settings or by disconnecting the integration inside Wheni.sh.
Wheni.sh is not responsible for outages, API changes, revoked permissions, latency, or data availability issues caused by Google, Apple, or any other third-party integration provider.
Wheni.sh may use OpenAI and Anthropic to generate scheduling suggestions, prioritization guidance, and other recommendation output based on your prompts and calendar context.
These outputs are suggestions only. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice, and they may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances.
You remain solely responsible for reviewing recommendations and making final scheduling or business decisions.
Wheni.sh may fail to account for calendar changes, time zone differences, event conflicts, or other factors. You are solely responsible for verifying your schedule and attending important events. We are not liable for missed appointments, scheduling conflicts, or any consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations.
You may not use Wheni.sh for any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purpose. You may not attempt to access another user's data without authorization, interfere with service integrity, probe or bypass security controls, reverse engineer the platform except where prohibited by law, or use the service in a manner that could impair others' access.
Wheni.sh and all related software, branding, designs, content, and platform functionality are owned by CoeCode LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the service, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, and use that data to operate Wheni.sh.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Wheni.sh relies on third-party services including Google, Apple, Clerk, Stripe, OpenAI, and Anthropic. Your use of integrations or payment flows involving those providers may also be governed by their separate terms, privacy policies, and platform rules.
Wheni.sh is provided on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that AI-generated output or scheduling recommendations will be accurate, complete, timely, or suitable for your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoeCode LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to Wheni.sh will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or $100.
This limitation does not apply to liability arising from our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or obligations that cannot be limited by applicable law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CoeCode LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or content that you submit to the service.
You may stop using Wheni.sh at any time and may delete your account through the product or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or expose us or other users to harm.
If your account is deleted, we will begin the process of deleting or de-identifying your account data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements described in our Privacy Policy and backup retention practices.
Before account deletion takes effect, you may request an export of your data by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally in good faith.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by posting updated Terms, emailing you, or providing an in-product notice before the revised Terms take effect.
Your continued use of Wheni.sh after the revised Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CoeCode LLC regarding your use of Wheni.sh.
We may assign or transfer these Terms without restriction. You may not assign or transfer any rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.
Neither party will be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, third-party service outages, internet disruptions, or power failures.
